Stocking up every few months is a perfect sweet spot that gives you the easy choice of “dining in” as you like without feeling like you are shackled to eating only what’s in the freezer.
You don’t have to be a big family or buy a whole cow to buy in bulk. We offer 25#, 50#, and 100# bundles (beef, pork, and beef/pork) so that you can order what works best for your lifestyle.
Conscientious Eaters
When you feel calm knowing you ordered the right quantity of meat for your household, there’s no pressure to “hurry and use it up” or exhaust yourself eating beef, beef, beef.
For a couple, a small 50# share equates to eating meat about once per week over a year - the perfect balance for nutrition, wellness, and environmental impact.

Previously I ran a Meat CSA subscription where members received a mixed variety of cuts each month. I’ve packed literally 10,000+ CSA shares. I know which cuts people like and which ones are confusing. So I've streamlined these bundles to ONLY contain cuts you know. Think of it like the “greatest hits” of beef (or pork).
What's in my share?
People want to know what is in their order so they can plan. Why should it be any different when buying bulk beef or pork? I don’t believe telling folks they will receive a “mix of steaks, roasts, and ground meats” is good enough. That’s why I’ll give you a specific pack list so you know exactly what you are ordering before clicking “Buy”.
